The tea brews to a soft pale yellow drink with a hint of smoke and a long lasting sweet aftertaste. The leaves get their character from the high rainfall and temperate zones of Fujian that make for an unbeatable flavour, which is highly sought after. The dark greenish black leaves are roasted to perfection and rolled into small round balls which keep the aroma and the taste fresh till the last brew.
