A.All our glassware items are made of high quality borosilicate and 304 stainless steel (if any). Hand washing is recommended for all glassware items. Our glassware items are NOT microwave safe neither dishwasher recommended.

A. Firstly, we apologies for such an error. Please do immediately get in touch with us via any of our contact methods and we will resolve your issue immediately.
