1. No Refunds:
- We do not offer or accept any refunds on any of our products.
2. Product Exchanges:
- We offer product exchanges on our glassware / fine china & accessories subject to a 15% reverse shipping fee.
- If the new product is below the Free Shipping amount, a re - shipping fee will be applied at the time of dispatch.
3. Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged product, please inform us via chat or email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will be happy to replace the damaged product after inspection and due diligence.
4. Tea Products:
- As per FSSAI (Food Licensing Authority) regulations, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided on tea products.
