The Tie Guan Yin oolong is amongst the distinguished tea varieties from the Fujian province of China for its many health benefits and remarkable flavour. A cup of this brews clear and sheer liquid with a light emerald green sheen to it. Given the extended duration of oxidization process, the leaves are left with the final flavour that is soft, smooth and mild with a slight heady note.
